I don't know what's wrong. I am always tired no matter how much sleep i get. i have a weird feeling in my legs. my heart beats fast alot. i have bad anxioty and feel like i'm going to pass out alot. i feel like the room is sppining and im falling down a hole. i get hot and nervous anxious

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are related to anxiety.

I would recommend consulting with a psychiatrist and discussing the possibility of starting an antidepressant as a long term therapy, which could help you manage better your anxiety.

Psychotherapy and Yoga are also helpful!

I would also advise performing thyroid hormone levels, because a thyroid dysfunction could lead to this symptomatology.
