hi my name is harika. i am 6weeks pregnant now and i have sever stomach pain and it feels like i need to go motion all the time does this mean i may have miscarriage. till yesterday there was no pain but it all of the sudden stated yesterday night and i had loose motions yesterday and i am not bleeding as of now can you please help me

Hi.I think you are having stomach infection which cause pain and loose motions. Only pain is not the symptom of abortion.so don't worry & take medicines for stomach infection. Thanks.
