What Cause Really Smelly Green Bowel Movement For My Child

My 3 month old baby is having really smelly green sticky poos the last 2 have been like this and there is longer between stools than there used to be. He is breastfed but has a bottle of formula a day sometimes possibly 2. No changes in his feeding since thus started. He also stays on the breast for at least 30 per boob and gets all milk out so not a fore milk problem. Any suggestions?
