What Cause Projectile Vomiting, Diarrhea And Body Pain?

my wife and I became sick with the same symptoms lastnight. She became ill about 3-4 hours after I did. Projectile vomitting, diarhea, Aching legs and lower back. We thought it was food poisoning, but no one else got sick. We'd been at a mothers day BBQ earlier that day

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, it could be just a coincidence that you both wife and husband got the same kind of symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. The most probable cause of it could be food allergy, viral infection, or dyspepsia due to food again. Such symptoms could be self-limiting if not severe and no need to worry about this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
