What Cause Pain Around Breast Spreading To Back?

i m having pain in my rt side oround my breast area protruding to back,passing lots of gas and i don t have my gall bladder now ,so i was wondering could it be from my heart .i have had it now for two days and nights ,the pain seems to be tight compressing pain and a slight tenderness is noted in the same area please reply

Cause of such type of pain may be gastritis and gastric ulcer. And if you have high factors for MI like long standing hypertension, obesity diabetes. Cardiac angina should be roul out.
