What Cause Pain And Soreness In Tummy Before Colonoscopy?

Wednesday I prepped for a colonoscopy, when the test started I felt terrible pain, I was given more medication and I still felt the pain, the test was abandoned. My tummy is sore and I very bloated. I guess I am worried something is wrong to experience the pain during my test. Is this pain normal?

Hai. U could have had a sensitive gut, or an inflammatory condition whichmis really painful qnd has aggravated during the procedure due to manipulation. Colonoscopy is a painful procedure, now u can take good amount of liquid, maintain ur hydration properly . Take pantoprazole (Proton pump inhibitors) and antacids like gelusil.dont worry. U can go for the procedure once ur pain is reduced, good luck.
