What cause of pain in left breast at the age of 23 years old ?

Hi, I m a 23 year old female and for several days I ve been having pains in my left breast and it goes under my breast also, and in my upper abdomen it feels like a big lump and when I burp it stops and then comes right back. And I m very stressed out right now and I m very scared . So can you please help me. Thanks

hi Amy ;this may be pain of acidity which is radiating to your left side of breast.try & take;tab-PAN-40 .also take tab-DOMSTAL.both 1 tablet before breakfast & before dinner for 5 days then let me know.
