my foreskin of the penis is not retracting and it has become pink in colour.(earlier the foreskin tip is black in colour) Kindly advise

Most probably U have tight foreskin, a condition called Phimosis and if confirmed it needs a simple surgery called Circumcision. Please directly consult a surgeon in your city/area.
