Bleeding from rectum during a bowel moment is caused commonly by fissure. Hemorrhoid(piles) is the second most common cause. It is difficult to predict if any of those 2 conditions is the cause for your concer. Only a perrectal examination can tell if it is...
Hence I suggest you to get the perrectal examination done by a medical practitioner. In the mean time, high fibre diet, plenty of water and laxatives will help in preventing the bleeding. I hope you are not on drugs that can increase the chance of bleeding, if yes, you will have to stop them too...
