What Cause Lethargy,light Headed And Diarrhea?

i have addisons and for the past few days i havent been able to eat and drink very little and been very light headed and tired and had a bad headache and a bout with diarihea,pain in back and abdomian pain.. i am not sure if i am dehydrated and need extra stroids injected

Dear adrenal insufficiency cause fatigue and generised weakness and loss of sodium cause hypotension.

Diarrhea may aggravate your problem. Steroid replace may vary in stressful conditions. in infections you may need triple the dose of your steroid. Get regular checkups of serum electrolytes and blood pressure. Get serum cortisol levels and raise your dose depending on condition, body weight and requirements. Please consult your endocrinologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
