Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain inflammation and swelling of the lip can be most probably be due to allergic reaction to any food or medication while can also be due to traumatic injury or any insect bite..
I would suggest you to take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can do cool compresses over the lip..
You can continue taking benadryl for 3 days to reduce swelling..
Avoid applying and chemical skin cosmetics on lips..
Avoid licking or sucking the lip..
In case it there is still no resolution in 3 to 4 days you can consult a General Physician or an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and if allergy is suspected allergic tests like Patch test, RAST test, Food Challenge test etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned according to the cause..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
