You "think" (a supposition) that you "might" (a possibility) have high blood pressure.
What can cause this is an over active imagination.
When you're sure (a certainty) that you have (a diagnosis) hypertension, speak with your doctor. Things that can cause high blood pressure includes your parents, your body, and certain illnesses.
