General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your description, your blood pressure is in normal range and heart rate is somewhat up in higher side. If you don't feel palpitations (hear own heartbeats), then it can be called normal.

Sometimes mental stress can lead to higher heart rate temporarily. It is also possible that continuous stress because of your work can lead to increase heart rate continuously.

For that, start meditation and early morning yoga or simply walking in fresh air of early mornings. This will help you to cope up with daily stress.

If you feel palpitations then consult cardiologist to do proper investigations and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
