What Cause Blood Spots And Bleeding Post Menopause?

I am 60 yrs old - post menopausal. have not experienced vaginal bleeding any time since my last period. this week I had a dessert which includes alcohol [Irish cream liqueur] and noticed vaginal bleeding [spotting] the next morning. trying to confirm, I repeated the dessert 2 days later with the same result. a doctors appointment has been scheduled... however, is this a sign of uterine cancer?

Hello dear
Understated your concern.
I think it is due to hormonal imbalance caused by alcohol.
Alcohol affects the estrogen level in postmenopausal women.
But for actual diagnosis you have to consult the gynecologist.

Other cause of post menopausal bleeding are as below:
1. Polyp
2. Endometrial atrophy
3. Endometrial hyperplasia
4. Fibroid
5. Endometriosis
6. Cervical atrophy.

Do the following tests:
Pelvic examination
USG
Endometrial biopsy
Hysteroscopy
Full hormonal assay

Avoid excessive alcohol, coffee and caffeine
Do regular 30 minutes exercise
Eat regular fruits that contain antioxidant
