Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. Have you taken culture based antibiotics ? I mean was a proper urine culture report done ? Based on the culture result, proper targetted antibiotics should be taken. If not, then resistant UTI might result. Also get your blood sugars checked. Get a vaginal swab and culture done to rule out any coexisting vaginal infection. Also keep the private parts clean Do not use any soaps, gels, cleansers, medicated or perfumed products. Just clean with lukewarm water. Meanwhile, drink lots of water and cranberry juice. Get a scan of kidneys , ureter and bladder done to rule out any other abnormality. All the best take care.
