If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, and till the report comes, would advise you for a proton pump inhibitor, a prokinetic drug, and a probiotic, apart from suggesting you to raise the head end of your bed with one or two wooden blocks to reduce the regurgitation symptoms. In case of any infective pathology in the stool test, that has to be treated with appropriate antibiotics.
