Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having disc prolapse. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Rest is advisable in the lateral position with both hips and knees flexed. Neurotropic agents such as Mecobalamine is helpful in neuralgic pain. For further investigation you may require MRI of the area concern. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
