General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like plantar fasciitis.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated. In severe cases, steroid injection to the sole may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
