What Casues Muscle Cramps?

Hello Jay patel , I am Manoj I am from Baroda Gujarat , India ,I am woking in china , My son is in baroda he is 22 year , suffering Cramps and it will continuously, every 6second , before was more now have but little can see on left side of body ...he have B12 and D3 less in blood , some time he is very normal and some time he can not speck and recommend any one . many blood test and Urine test MIR, done but no one come to final decision what he have problem. even his back born water test started and water send to lab for report. doctor guessing may be Measles with Cramps. if any one can help me out , it is more than 20days in the hospital my contact : YYYY@YYYY and mobile : 0000

Sounds to be multi focal reasons as trace elements deficiency in form of zinc, copper, magnesium or else ; motor neuron problems or others.
