What Casues Excessive Tiredness?
I work the night turn shift so I get 6-8 hours of sleep when I get home from work. When I wake up I am still real tired, so I will take a nap before I have to go to work. My family and I thought it was because I work night turn, but the thing is that this was still happening when I worked daylight for about 8 months. I am always tireed no matter what I try to do. What could be causing this?

Tiredness could be due to so many reasons....Your changing work schedules can cause tiredness
But it is better to have a routine blood check up including blood counts,liver function test,thyroid profile and blood sugar values
