Eat lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Avoid fried food, high fat meats, and junk food. drink lots of water every day. do exercises such as walking for fifteen minutes every day. The Supplement "red rice yeast"will lower cholesterol levels as good as any medical drug. Take one capsule three times daily. The supplement Lecithin is also beneficial in lowering cholesterol levels. The powdered form is the best 1tsp. three times a day in a glass of water. if you have any further questions please let me know, Billie77
