General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having lax TMJ muscles or sub laxation of TMJoint giving rise typical this problem.
Consult oral surgeon and get examined.
Avoid chewing hard things.
Avoid wide opening your mouth.
Keep your hand on TM joint while yawning.
Ok and take care.
