Pediatrician, Cardiology 's  Response
Hello
As there is a positive history of asthma this episode appears to me as a recent exacerbation. The management depends on the severity. If it is not improving with salbutamol giving oral/inhalation steroid will help.
I would like to get her evaluated by a pediatrician for clinical examination and management accordingly.
Regards
