What can cause weight gain, fatigue and dry hair while suffering from hypertension?

My blood pressure is 157/87. I have never had any issues with my blood pressure. my left side of my face feels as if my blood is continually rushing. I work out 4 times a week @ 1 hour. I am starting to gain weight, my hair is drying out and I am so very exhausted

You should check your thyroid function, any malfunction in your thyroid gland can cause these kind of symptoms.
