okay so I have been having unsafe sex about 3 to 4 times a day on the weekend Friday to sunday morning ....with my fiancé and he did start taking very little doses of steroids 2 weeks ago but he produces a lot and its every time not once did we use the pull out method because I feel safe using the mirena I u d as a method of birth control now im experiencing hunger pains after I eat , breast tenderness and urine colour changed and today I experienced brown blood very light only when I would wipe

Hello,

If you missed your period (with regards to timing or menstrual flow), then take a home pregnancy test o rule out pregnancy. Also, it is important to rule out urinary tract infection with urine analysis and culture. So follow up with your primary provider at the earliest.
