Hello Dr. Rynne, My name is Allan, and I am having a problem with the median nerve related to my right arm (I looked it up). There seems to be a non painful swelling or something related to my tricep that causes a pinch on the median nerve. I feel tingling in my thumb and index finger that can be rather intense depending on the degree of pinching. I am not aware of any injury to my shoulder, arm, or hands. I have seemingly full range of motion without any pain. What could be causing this problem? Thank you.
