Hello, I had a Mountain Dew a few hours ago and a shrimp stir fry loaded down in salt before I took s nap. I woke up, at a couple Oreos and headed to McDonald’s. I went through drive threw and got s burger and coke. I got out to talk to my friend and I thought I went blind.. my eye sight didn’t come back to me and my hands started tingling. My ears were on fire and I broke a sweat. I passed out and I’m okay now just shaky bad

You may be suffering from food poisoning or accelerated hypertension or Transient ischemic attack or myocardial infarction etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please check your blood pressure or blood sugar.
Get it done ECG then please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
