Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

The common causes are, like stomach infections with viruses or bacteria. Food-related, like food poisoning or food allergy. Also seen with appendicitis or intussusception. Inflammation of bowels seen in worm infestation or allergy.

Until an examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get it done ultrasound abdomen and blood investigations.

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
