Hello I m 25 years old and female. For the past few months I ve been having constant palpitations, episodes of malaise, a shift between appetite from increased to loss of appetite altogether. I ve also been having dizziness and feeling very off balance and frequent feelings like I m sweating, really warm or running a fever even though my temp is normal. Frequent stomach issues such as pain, constipation, diarrhea and nausea. I have hypothyroidism and I m currently on 50mcg levothyroxine.
