What Can Cause Pain In The Testicles And Lower Part Of The Abdomen?

Hello Doctor,
Good Evening ! I am 25 years old. I sometimes feel painful in testicles and lower part of abdomen for 3 months. My left testicle is hanging lower than the right one. Please explain me why this happens and suggest me with permanent solution to this problem. Also tell me does this need any surgery or it can be cured normally?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Pain in testicle associate with pain in abdomen is mostly due to either Varicocele or infection of the spermatic cord (Funicullitis).

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following
basic test done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.
2) Color Doppler study of scrotum.

In the mean while take antibiotic like Augmentin with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon the the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
