What Can Cause Pain In The Sinuses While Working In A Hot Laboratory?

Hello, since I started to work in a very hot laboratory (27/30C) I am experiencing some right sinus pain. The pain is actually quite small and not debilitating at all. Still annoying and I am hoping to know the issue if there is any. It is definitely less in the morning though

Hi,

Sinus pain when working in hot temperature laboratory can be due to inflammation and irritation of the sinuses due to continuous exposures to hot air.

Also can be due to inhalation of fumes of certain volatile chemicals.

So my suggestion is to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and once get an X-ray of sinuses done.

For now, do saline nasal irrigation and take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Advil.
