hi am 30 n for a long time now i've bin having serious pains in my anus-butt crack area, everytim i take a bath n open my butt to wash i feel serious pains lik i hav a bruise or sore n wen i pooh n wipe my ass hole n den wipe a lil higher dan my ass hole i feel dsame pain n wen i luk @d toilet paper i see blood. pls help me to answers on why am having that n truely because of the sore or bruise my butt always smells as i cant washup properly

ok, you need a surgical consultation and examination, it could be an abscess in the anus or fissure, or suppurative inflamation with bacterial contamination
get Flagyl 500mg tab twice daily, and ciprofloxacine 750mg tab twice daily, get paracetamol for analgesia twice daily, you may need topical antibiotic ointment of gentamicin as an ointment preparation twice daily.
