What Can Cause Lower Backache Along With Swollen Knee Joints And Mouth Ulcers?

I have some odd symptoms Began with low backache on April 25. Since then I have had swollen knee joints, both which needed to be drained and have cortisone shots. My mouth was lined with blisters and I had pinkeye for a week at the same time. Also at that time I began to experience bladder incontinence which is dripping enough to require a liner in my panties. What is happening?
