Hi,

First of all, do not panic. Your symptoms can be due to premenstrual syndrome or due to some local skin related issues.

Please consult with your treating doctor to rule out any skin infection or any discharge from nipples.

If it shows bacterial or fungal infection, seek prescription support from your treating doctor.

You can start with long acting form of vitamin B6 along with folic acid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
