What Can Cause Frequent Bowel Movement ?

My baby is now 2 months old she had an episode of frequent bowel movement when she is 1 month old stool result bacteria ++++ fat globules ++ pus cells 0-3 and positive occult blood test. The pedia said maybe milk allergy, milk had change and antibiotic given. She is fine after antibiotic given and result were all normal,after a week she again had a frequent bowel movement pus cells increase to 3-6 and fat globules + bacteria +++. Doctor gave another course of antibiotic. Baby still in antibiotic we did stool exam result bacteria +++ pus cells 0-1 and fat globules ++Please help me to know whats the cause for frequent bowel movement if antibiotic stopped.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 2 months old baby, has frequent bowel movements, stool shows bacteria, pus cells fat globules and positive occult blood. Pediatrician gave antibiotics, changed the milk and got alright to be repeated after about a week.
This indicates that there is a source of infection at the source, may be in the container, the nipple or the milk powder.
You will have to change everything, check them all and try to find the source of infection that the baby is getting from.
The problem will be solved.
Also needed may be the probiotic. At the age of just 2 months, the intestines are getting used to the bacterial flora adjustment.
