Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in the ear may be due to infection or eustachian tube block or BPPV. Avoid high risks activity, use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
