What Can Cause Dry Throat And Headache?
Hello for the past week I have been complaining of constant headache, I went to the doctors yesterday and they said it was a tension headache that affected my eyes and hearing. Now today I have woke up with a lump under my chin, it looks like another chin but it s so sore if I lift my head up and look to the sky. It s really hard for me to swallow and my throats dry. Please help me.

The commonest cause I can think about with your short history are one of the following:
* Sinusitis can cause headache that affect eyes and ears too.
* Consult an ENT surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and ENT Endoscopy. CT scan of head and sinuses may give a proper diagnosis which is so much important for proper management.
* Till then take an anti-inflammatory with painkiller property like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
* You will be started with an antibiotic and other medicines as per the diagnosis. Also, insist for blood tests.
* Continue the treatment as per the cause found and till recovered well.
