hi. i have had diarrhoea since yesterday (monday) and still got it now.i was being sick but that has gone now.what do you think i have got and can i take anything or is it best to flush it out?

Hello,
You have a case of food poisoning.I would advise antibiotics for 5 days.See a doctor about a prescription.Ciprofloxacin with tinidazole would be fine.Hydrate well.
