What Can Cause Constant Headaches And Migraines?

I'm an 18 year old female, weigh 125 pounds or so, and am about 5'7. I've had constant headaches for a while now, but they sometimes turn into migraines. I've had a large change in my personality, and am pretty much constantly sick and heave been for about a year and a half now. There is no (known) medical history of disease or disorder other than Alzheimer's, which I don't believe is applicable here. I'm not sure if it's related, but my ring finger of my right hand also has begun twitching, and whenever I look it's still going, and has been for months. Do you have any idea what could be wrong with me, or where I should go from here?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of migraine. You should be started on preventive medications to reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.

Good options include beta blockers and topiramate tablets.

Twitching of right hand finger is normal and it is not related to headaches.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
