What can cause appetite loss in a toddler apart from consuming only formula milk, oatmeal and yogurt?

Hi there, my son is 2.6 years old and for about 4 days now he has not eaten a meal or food. He only drinks his formula, yogurt, and his oatmeal for breakfest and a bit of fruit. He would eat these if I force him but, no actual food, meat or any other meal. He also has a puke reaction to any food I put in front of him lately or for the past four days. He has lost a lot of weight and I am very unsure about what to do next.

You need to exclude physical causes, so please get a stool analysis and a ct scan to exclude anomalies of the oesophagus and pharynx.

My son will be 3 in November and he s constantly putting his fingers in his mouth towards his gums. Well slowly he has lost his appetite and literally has only ate a cheese biscuit this morning and a few pretzels and he drank some chocolate milk and water but at around 7 tonight I noticed he looked sick and I touched his forehead and knew he had a fever and now at 9:47pm he still has a fever and is moaning in his sleep. What could this be?

My 3 n hlf year old niece was admitted fr 8 days due to repeated fever on testing the crp level was 34 which should be 6 normally for kids she was released after 8 days in a fine condition after the release Her appetite had become low she would drink 150 ml of milk twice a day and as far as meals are concerned she would have just few spoons of food every meal. But in past 5 days she was not eating anything and she had severe loose motions, water has totally drained n she is so week that she cannot stand fr 2 mins she just wants to sleep . We have admitted her again 3 days back her jaundice test is negative. We also did an abdomen ct scan for which the reports are totally normal all her organs appear normal only minimal interbowel free fluid is noted, few subcentimeter sized homogenous enhancing Mecentric nodes are noted, appear non -specific ,large bowel loops are distended and are fluid filled. All bowel loops are normal in wall thickness.she is on iv 4 bottles have been consumed along wth medicines to stop loose motions but whenever we give her any solid food to eat wch she eats just 3 to 4 morsels everything comes out in motions. We are worried wat to do her motions are not stopping, 5 to 6 times a day is the frequency Need an opinion if the line of treatment done is fine Are we missing any test or diagnosis plz suggest

My 16 month old daughter still drinks a morning bottle. She screams and cries if it is not given to her. She refuses it in a sippy and refuses any food. She also will not drink milk in a sippy cup at all throughout the day only water. I give her cheese and yogurt and oat cereal for calcium. I m concerned she won t get enough calcium, may get dehydrated without the morning bottle and people have been pressuring me to take it away from her just due to her age and development reasons. Decay is irrelevant as she mainly drinks water and only has the one bottle at one sitting and her teeth are brushed at night. What should I do?
