Back pain I woke up this morning feeling fine as the day wore on i started to have a stabbing pain in my up back and the more i move the worse it gets. I no longer have a gallbladder it was removed several years ago. I took some tylenol and am drinking plenty of water. What could this pain be and how long will it last?
