Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient

Since your ECG and blood pressure is normal heart problem is less likely. You might be suffering from nerve compression at the level of cervical spine. This leads to involvement of nerve roots and resultant pain on left upper and lower limb with tingling and numbness. Diagnosis needs to be confirmed by doing MRI of the cervical spine. MRI is highly sensitive and specific for disc pathology.

Please get it done from radiology center nearby you. Meanwhile start tab Pregalin x 75 mg one at bedtime. Use soft pillow. Avoid jerky movements of the neck. if report is abnormal please consult orthopedic surgeon nearby your area.

Take Care!
