What Can Cause A Child's Sclera To Be Swollen ?
I am babysitting and one of the little girl s sclera appears to be edemic, making the iris and pupil appear sunken in...any diagnosis? I ve put an ice pack on it and the swelling has reduced somewhat, but it is still noticeable...help =/

It appears t be an eye infection. She needs to be isolated from the other kids till the Ophthalmologist examines and gives treatment. Kindly make sure all kids wash their hands before touching their faces as this spreads by contact.
