HI. The symptoms of persistent vomiting, acidity and burning sensation in the stomach along with constipation can be due to an intestinal onstruction. Considering the age of your Mother I would like to advise upper GI endoscpy, CT scan of the abdomen , colonoscpy and other blood, urine and stool tests ( after enema) to see the cause of these. You may please consult the Surgical Gastroenterologist. We have to rule out Colorectal Cancer, Gastric ulcer or cancer, Tuberculosis of the abdomen. This may give a guideline for the further investigations and management.
