OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

This condition of your can be due to trauma due to sexual intercourse so I would suggest you to have a course of Tranaxemic acids and antibiotics for 5 days. Also, if the bleeding does not reduce a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
