What Can Be The Reason For Head Reeling Badly?
Hi, Today i lifted my head to see whats the time and my head started reeling badly. I woke up after some time drank water i was againg reeling, whenever lie down and turn towards side or move my head i felt the same..I also vomitted twice..I am aged 30 and normal..dont know what happ suddenly

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that such sudden on set of vertigo is sign of labyrinthitis and in my opinion this need to be treated with "Tab Cinnarizine" three times in day, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
