My age is 52 years, two year back i had cold and my ear get blocked, which after filling air in nose get open. after getting it checked Drs are telling that there is lot of hearing loss in both of the ears and can not be rectified. nervs got dried up, which further will deteriorate. Dr what shall i do.

The best thing would be is to do a hearing test and a Mri scan to look for where the problem is. If it is due to nerve damage then the best thing would be is to use a hearing aid. Please discuss this with your ent doctor.
