What can be the cause for loose motion and joint pain when tests for Crohn's disease is negative ?

sir, myself dr rati ranjan sethy, having problem on loose motion and joint pain and take methotrexate 15mg/cc wkly and sulfasalazine 1gm bd suspecting crohns disease for 4 months but no result and all test relevent to crohns is negative. what will be the next option?
