What Can Be Lab Reports For Diabetic Nephropathy And Ketacidosis?

The physician's preliminary clinical assessment is that Mr. Shimabukuro has diabetic nephropathy, ketoacidosis, and a serious scrotal infection. There is no evidence of liver damage.

Hi your glucose and creatinine level will be increased. and bicarbonate level will be decreased. AST should be normal as you have no liver damage. Moreover ketone bodies will be present in urine.your potassium level may be normal may be changed depends on sevearity of disease. This is the in general report according to your clinical conditions.
