This report confirms that your child is having enteric fever (typhoid). antibiotics treatment is necessary. In my opinion I would suggest medicines like Cephalexin, Paracetamol along antiemetics. For dehydration IV fluids can be given. Avoid fatty and spicy food. Take more fluids.
